How can I make an exchange or return?

Access our form HERE: https://returns.reveni.io/werit
to let us know which items you wish to return, indicating your email address and order number.
Prepare your package
Print the return slip (you will find it in the email you receive after requesting the return or once you complete the process).
Pack the items you wish to return in a box in good condition and seal it properly. We recommend using the WERIT box in which you received your order. Don’t forget to include the return slip inside the package.
Take the package to the nearest drop-off point.
Returns made from mainland Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) must be collected by our courier service. The cost in this case is €7.
WERIT is not responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or tariffs that may arise.
Items purchased in the ARCHIVE SALE section are not eligible for returns. We only offer size exchanges, and only if stock is available.
Returns made from the following European countries will have the following fees:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic: €10
Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland: €12
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Romania: €20
Switzerland: €22
Sweden: €15
Norway: €32
What are the requirements for exchanges and returns?

The request must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt.

The item must have its original tags attached and be in the same condition as received.

Shipping costs for returns arranged directly by the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
