When will I receive my order?
Deliveries within mainland Spain take between 2 and 4 business days. Deliveries outside mainland Spain take between 2 and 7 business days.
If you need to receive your order urgently, please email us at info@weritofficial.com or select express shipping, provided the item is not on pre-order.
WERIT is not responsible for any additional customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply.
Where will I receive my order?
At the address selected during the checkout process.
Can I purchase an out-of-stock item?
The PRE-ORDER option is available for some items that can be purchased upon request. There is no stock available, but the item will be specially made for you. The estimated delivery time will be indicated in the product information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please email our Customer Service team at info@weritofficial.com. Let us know what the issue is and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
Additional Costs / Taxes
For orders shipped to Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, USA and the UK, the customer will be responsible for any additional customs duties, tariffs, or other applicable taxes.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
International shipping times vary depending on the destination.
The average delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.
Our prices do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees.
All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms® 2020), meaning that the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and local VAT upon delivery.
We recommend that customers check their country’s import regulations and duties before placing an order.
