I WANT TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you would like to change the delivery address of your order, please contact WERIT at info@weritofficial.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.

If the address change is requested after the order has already been processed, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

If you provided your email address when placing your order, once it has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can access all the information about your delivery.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER

1. Fill out the online return form

2. Prepare your package
Print the return slip (you will find it in the email you receive after requesting the return or once you complete the process).

Pack the items you wish to return in a box in good condition and seal it properly. We recommend using the WERIT box in which you received your garments. Do not forget to include the return slip inside the package.

3. Take the package to the nearest drop-off point.

*Returns made from mainland Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) must be collected by our courier service. The cost in this case is €7.

Please note that the Archive Sale outlet collection is not eligible for returns. However, you may exchange the size or model, provided it is available in stock. Only the first size/model exchange will be free of charge.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY WERIT GARMENTS?

All our garments include an internal label with washing instructions. If an item cannot be machine washed or requires dry cleaning, this will also be indicated in the product description.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

We are located at Paseo de la Habana, 23 Bajo 5. Please contact us for opening hours or to book an appointment.

We also sell in multi-brand stores throughout Spain.

WHAT IS MY SIZE?

Our trousers generally run half a size smaller than usual. However, we recommend reading the product description carefully, checking the measurements provided, and comparing them with your own measurements or similar garments to ensure the correct size.

PAYMENT METHODS

Currently, WERIT offers the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and Klarna.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

If you have a discount code and would like to use it, simply follow these steps:

  • Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, proceed by clicking CHECKOUT.

  • You will then be asked to enter the shipping address. On the right-hand side, below the selected products, you will find a box where you can enter your discount code.

  • Enter your code, click APPLY, and the discount will be applied to your order.

Discount codes are not valid during sale periods or on Archive Sale collection items.

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST AN INVOICE

If you need an invoice for your order, please contact us at info@weritofficial.com and we will send it to you.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you believe you have received a product that is not in good condition, please email us at info@weritofficial.com indicating your order number and attaching photos of the defect.

Once our quality department has reviewed your case, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide the best solution.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR HAS A HIGHER OR LOWER PRICE

If the item you wish to exchange for is cheaper, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive, you will need to pay the corresponding price difference before shipment.

REFUND TIMEFRAMES

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund within 72 hours using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you believe your refund is taking longer than expected, we recommend contacting us so we can verify it.

Please note that while we process the refund promptly, each bank has its own processing times for crediting the funds. This timeframe depends on your bank and is beyond our control.
